Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days after purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details by email if tracking is available for your order.

Delivery time

Orders usually arrive within 4–8 working days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays.

Shipping cost

We currently offer free shipping on Solavoro orders.

Incorrect shipping details

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an incorrect address is entered, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number and we will look into it.
